This is an exceptionally well made wardrobe, extremely competitively priced and I am delighted with it! The online purchase was straightforward, a delivery date swiftly agreed and communication faultless... The wardrobe was delivered to the room of my choice by two pleasant guys. It was really well packaged (a very large volume of packaging material to dispose of!) Easy to construct - 2 people required as solid and heavy. Highly recommended! 5 / 5

Absolutely beautiful. Got this with another few items from the range and as explained by Steven at 121 it is quality! Great price and delivered to my bedroom by the courier. Cannot ask for more. Thank you 5 / 5

We wanted 2 wardrobes (his 2 door + drawers, hers 3 doors + shelves), two bedside cabinets (his all drawers, hers a drawer and a magazine space), 6 drawer chest, twin pedestal dressing table + seat + mirror, and a bed. We wanted wood. We wanted feet. Found 121 – they had everything we wanted and it was in light oak. I asked for a bundle price for our choice – their price was good (I am a cynic - I mapped all their standard bundles and compared that with my personalised requirement – it was an honest offer J). So, I then asked can I order by phone AND please assure me that this is not “delivery to the kerb”. An email later and I phoned Michael (the 121 guy). Apparently, it was delivery to the room J and Michael described exactly what would happen at each stage, saying “call me, if you have any concerns”. The furniture is Julian Bowen and it is lovely (I have placed a review on the JB site). I will happily buy here again. Nice furniture and staff that are not robots. 5 / 5
