Love the chair! A bit nervous ordering from the website as not one I heard of before looking for a nursery chair, but had great communication throughout and zero issues. Recommend to friends and family, wouldn’t hesitate to use 121homefurniture in the future! Thank you!

LOVE this chair, it's the right level of comfort. Is quiet when it moves, feels good and looks great.
The delivery driver was an absolute credit to the company, he went above and beyond to make sure the chair was not an issue for me in my pregnancy state and that wasn't easy as it wouldn't fit through my living room door.
Only issue I faced was the wording of when to expect information about the delivery, this wasn't clear and I was due to be induced and needed to arrange for someone to be home. Once contacted for further assistance I was told the delivery could be expected on said date but it turned up later the same day. All worked out but I was home alone and if the delivery driver wasn't so expectational the chair would have been left outside.

Hi Melissa Michael from 121 here. Good to see the chair meets your expectations. Just as a side note the delivery agents should not leave items unattended. If no one is in they will try a neighbour and if no luck they will leave a card to then call back at another date. All the best with your new arrival!!

Very pleased with these chairs -- we bought two. They arrived when promised. Easy to assemble, and very comfortable. We will definitely use 121 again.
