If you need to make a return to 121 Home Furniture please email us on [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you with this process.
Please note the exception to this will be for Welcome products where they are built to order and these cannot be returned unless they are marked etc.
If your product has unfortunately been damaged could you please INCLUDE PHOTOS to show the issues and we will in the first instance look to resolve the issue by issuing replacement parts.
If your not completely satisfied with any of your purchased items 121 Home will be happy to refund or exchange your product as long as they are returned in the original packaging and are in an unused/unbuilt and resalable condition within 14 days of purchase or receipt of purchase. If a return is requested we would require this notification within 48 hours of you receiving the goods in writing via email to 121 Home Furniture.
121 Home Furniture will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back minus any carriage costs. Carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods are faulty or defective.
The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty.
