Free Delivery Information

We offer free delivery on all of our products, to the UK mainland. Carriage is Free if the item is not returned.

UK Highlands (inc postcodes AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA, PH)

There may be a surplus charge for delivery to these areas. Please email us for a quote and clarification.

UK Islands

We unfortunately cannot deliver to the Islands of the UK (including the Isle of Skye) however if you are able to arrange your own courier to transport the products from the mainland then delivery could be made to them, please email us on [email protected] for a quote and clarification.

Northern Ireland and Ireland

Please note presently we do not deliver to either of these locations.

Deliveries

Please note that with the easing of COVID restrictions our delivery agents have started, where stated, to deliver to room of choice etc   We would still request that when a delivery is made that you respectfully leave space for the agent to make the delivery and if possible wear a mask for your and the agents safety. We will update this statement if there are any further changes via government legislation. With doorstep deliveries photographs will be taken of the delivery and the driver will sign paperwork as poof of delivery.

Delivery Agents - Our third party agents/couriers are employed to deliver on pre-arranged delivery dates however 121 cannot be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances where the courier is delayed or on fact a delivery has to be cancelled. Of course this happens very rarely and we do employ the leading couriers to assist us in our distribution but sometimes there can be unforeseen circumstances as we are sure you will understand. If we are made aware of any issues rest assured we would contact you immediately to rearrange the delivery.

If a delivery is agreed by you for a time widow ie between 9 and 12 and the delivery fails due to no-one being available, the courier may charge for a redelivery or a return of your item. Therefor could you please when agreeing to a delivery period please make sure there is someone available to take your delivery to avoid a charge being placed on your order to you.

With Dorel deliveries if a delivery fails with no one in the courier may try and leave it with a neighbour or leave a card for your contact. They will try again to deliver however please note failed deliveries after 3 attempts are then returned to the warehouse with a charge applied to them.
