121 Furniture Group (Covid-19) Statement

In response to the latest measures put in place by the UK government on Monday 23 March 2020, we want to assure you that although our 121 Furniture Group are now all working remotely to ensure we are taking every measure to put the safety of them and their families first, our full customer service is operating as normal.

Warehouse

Our suppliers have implemented strict Social distancing measures within the warehousing and order picking.

Deliveries

Please note that all orders will be delivered to the front door only. On arrival the Delivery team will knock the door or ring the customer to alert them they have arrived and with notification that the goods will be left at the door, photographs will be taken of the delivery and the driver will sign paperwork as poof of delivery.

Any customers that are not comfortable with a “to the front door delivery” we will look to rearrange delivery at a more convenient time.

Further Measures

We're monitoring the situation closely and will continue to follow official advice from the government, the WHO and the NHS, and we are prepared to continue to take the necessary actions to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and the wider community.We wish you all good health, stay safe and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries.
