Easy to order online, turntable stand arrived safely and securely. Assembly instructions were clear, my husband put it together in no time.
The stand is sturdy and holds all our records, CDs and tapes, sleek lines and looks good in my living room. I'd recommend the stand and 121 to everyone

Smooth order process, quick delivery and good comms initially.

On the down side unit arrived with bit of damage and three scratch marks. Emailed in details within time window required to report 'transport damage' but no response so had to build it. Unit is good quality generally but I can't help but notice the damage which ruins the look :(

Frank.......We have no outstanding complaints and would normally contact anyone within 24 hours and have the matter resolved. Could you email or call us again and we will get this unfortunate matter resolved....Michael @ 121

Great service, dispatched the same day and arrived next day. Took some time to build but good instructions and parts all labelled. Good solid piece of furniture, would recommend.
