We offer free delivery on all of our products, to the UK mainland. Carriage is Free if the item is not returned.

UK Highlands (inc postcodes AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA, PH)

There may be a surplus charge for delivery to these areas. Please email us for a quote and clarification.

UK Islands

We unfortunately cannot deliver to the Islands of the UK (including the Isle of Skye) however if you are able to arrange your own courier to transport the products from the mainland then delivery could be made to them, please email us on sales@121homefurniture.co.uk for a quote and clarification.

Northern Ireland and Ireland

Please note presently we do not deliver to either of these locations.

Returns Policy

In the rare and unlikely event that you would like to return an item, we comply with your statutory rights, to do this, and this can take place within 14 days of purchase or receipt of your purchase. An item being returned must be unopened, unused/unbuilt, in resalable condition in its original packaging. An administration cost will be charged subject to the weight and size of the product and this cost will deducted from your final refund which will be actioned within 14 working days of receiving the item back. If you would like clarification of the return cost, please email us at sales@121homefurniture.co.uk and we will clarify the cost for you.

If an item is received damaged, could you please advise us within 48 hours of receiving the item at sales@121homefurniture.co.uk , supplying us some evidence via photos or video and a brief description in writing of the issue. We will then look to replace the damaged part or the full item, whichever would be the quicker to make good your purchase, at no extra cost to you.

Please note the exception to returns being accepted is if the item is built to order ie items from the Welcome Furniture Ranges, which cannot be returned unless the item is found to be damaged or faulty.

Price Match Guarantee

At 121 we price competitively, however in the unlikely event that you see the price cheaper at one of our competitors on-line stores, we will endeavour to match the price subject to the following:

• The product compared must match exactly the product offered by 121.
• The promise is only for current purchases.
• If a competitor has made an error on their site and therefor selling the product for no profit then 121 retain the right not to match the price.
• The price on our competitor’s site includes all charges.
• Any price comparison is on a site to site comparison ie not taking the best price on different sites and asking all are matched.
